Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects & Maintenance Support Officer to join our team at Ventia. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including the monthly Work Order report from JDE.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors to ensure timely completion of work orders in JDE.
  • Process Purchase Order requests for the Maintenance Team and Projects team through JD Edwards.
  • Handle Goods receipting & Value of Work requests through JDE for Projects.
  • Coordinate requests to add suppliers to JDE by liaising with the offshore team and obtaining required information.
  • Create Assets Updates and Creation (AUC) forms to manage asset additions, deletions, and modifications in JDE.
  • Process requests to upload new Engineering drawings/documents or new revisions using Meridian.
  • Maintain the Waste Tracking report and coordinate with Waste Collection Companies.
