About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Services team at Ventia. This role will be a key team member in providing end-to-end support to all employees across the organization and throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Assist with general People & Capability projects, including implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work documentation and maintenance of employee files across Australia and New Zealand.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including medical bookings and police checks.
- Draft employment and change of conditions letters.
- Coordinate and assist with employee relocations.
- Support general people and capability projects and reporting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a similar role or transferable skills. You will also possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
