Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to HR policy queries and requests via ServiceNow chat and cases, and phone.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Process changes to employment conditions.
  • Maintain employee records and electronic files.
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics.
  • Support seasonal projects and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures and adhere to SLAs.
  • Comfortable and confident working with different IT systems and processes.
  • Deliver excellent service through effective management of workload with a continuous improvement mindset.
