About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of our equipment.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business objectives, improve equipment performance, and provide strategic input into business expansion plans.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with maintenance management teams to enhance equipment performance
  • Provide input into strategic plans for business growth
  • Foster coaching and mentoring of technical staff
  • Assist in root cause failure analysis
  • Serve as first line support for helpdesk issues and technical support in sales areas
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Administer bulletin systems and support
  • Support planning departments in optimizing maintenance strategy development
  • Collect and provide technical feedback to product masters/divisional product lines

Requirements:

  • A heavy duty mechanical trade qualification is mandatory
  • A valid driver's license and ability to work away from home on a FIFO roster are required
  • Knowledge and experience with our equipment, maintenance, and fault finding are essential
  • A high level of initiative, drive, and determination to achieve customer satisfaction goals is necessary
  • An understanding of mine health and safety regulations is crucial
