Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the company's growth and success by delivering exceptional service to customers while performing routine maintenance and safety checks on material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a designated territory and customer base
  • Utilizing latest field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedules
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records on company-allocated service vans and customer sites
  • Gaining experience working with a top-tiered customer base in Australia
  • Performing routine maintenance and completing service work in both reactive and planned scenarios
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed
