About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Health and Injury Management Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with our business to provide expert occupational health and injury management advice to staff and people managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to support the operations of various teams including Health & Safety, Rail Safety, People and Culture, and Business Services.

Key responsibilities will include providing fitness-for-work compliance, inherent requirement determinations, and reasonable workplace adjustments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
