We are seeking a talented individual to support Aboriginal-led planning and projects, helping communities shape their future through governance, development, and self-determination. Our ideal candidate will drive strategic leadership at the Northern Land Council, supporting the CEO, leading Council Services, and strengthening engagement with Traditional Owners across the Top End.
As our IPA Coordinator, you will be responsible for protecting Country, empowering communities, and leading on-ground impact. The role involves working closely with Traditional Owners and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects that reflect community priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Garngi Ranger team in delivering on-country projects
- Coordinating events and regional operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Supporting the CEO and Council Services in driving strategic leadership
- Strengthening engagement with Traditional Owners across the Top End
