Super Member Advocate

This is an exciting opportunity for a Super Member Advocate to deliver tailored advice, information, and assistance to Rest members, helping them make informed decisions about their super.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality general advice and information to Rest members, adhering to the scope of the service proposition and regulatory framework.
  • Identify member needs and offer the right level of service, including triage and referral when necessary.
  • Comply with AFSL requirements outlined in the Member Connections Procedure Guide and relevant policies.
  • Participate in proactive campaigns on designated topics, collaborating with internal business units.
  • Maintain ongoing training and stay updated on legislation, industry changes, and new strategies and product enhancements.
Requirements
  • RG146 qualification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment commencement.
  • Customer service experience, focusing on customer needs and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Previous experience in dealing with customers in a financial services environment.
  • Able to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prioritizing member needs.
