Job Opportunity

This is a unique role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Sydney.

As a specialist, you will be joining a small team focused on delivering excellent customer experience at a trading and investing platform that empowers users to invest, share and learn.

In this role, your primary focus will be providing exceptional support to members, while also supporting customers across different products.

Beyond handling enquiries and solving problems, you'll play a key role in product development by connecting customer feedback with different areas of the business including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Risk & Compliance and Investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional support to members
  • Solving problems and handling enquiries
  • Connecting customer feedback to different areas of the business
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer support or working directly with super fund operations
  • 2-3 years total experience in B2C customer support, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Experience with customer support systems such as CRMs and online chat platforms
  • Strong understanding of regulations, contribution rules, and member processes
  • RG146 accreditation is highly preferred
  • Experience with life insurance and investments is advantageous
  • Full working rights in Australia
