**Member Services Officer (Part-Time)**

**Overview**

As a Member Service Officer you will be our first point of member contact, interacting with our members to deliver an experience aligned to our values and purpose.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Add value to members through every interaction by showing empathy, compassion, and the ability to actively listen to members needs
- Provide members with information relating to their superannuation products, services, and transactional information
- Anticipate member needs and take ownership for investigating complex member queries
- Actively contribute to NESS Super's purpose and values

**We're looking for individuals with**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Previous contact centre experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once
- Superannuation experience or knowledge preferred but not essential

**Location**:
**Hours and Salary**

This position is permanent part time working 25 hours across 5 days (Monday - Friday) _**9:30am - 2:30pm (flexible)** _

**Salary $75,000 including Super - pro-rated**
