This is an exciting opportunity to join Leidos as a Defence Digital Transformation Lead, where you will have the chance to develop specialist skills, make significant contributions, and broaden your experience within the cyber security field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams to achieve agreed goals and deliverables

Requirements:

  • A proven ability as a team or operational leader in an enterprise environment
  • A strong ability to work autonomously or with limited guidance
  • Experience working with/within Operational teams
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience with uplifting or maturing ITSM process teams
