  • Act as the first point of contact in developing trusted, sustainable, and valued relationships with our clients.
  • Drive best practice and a professional leading-edge approach to the application of Asset Management Principles across all sectors.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and execution of the annual business plan.
  • Identify and manage portfolio risks.
  • Act as a Project Director where applicable.
  • Ensure an appropriate regime of project reviews within the market based on risk.
  • Manage successful bidding to create a sustainable pipeline of work.
  • Lead and own our market proposition and thought leadership, in conjunction with our Win Work teams.
  • Ensure Bid processes are executed according to the Atkins Réalis processes, including Service Delivery Process and other governance.
  • Assess the market and support innovation of services and technical approaches to build a robust and resilient market-facing organization.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, team-working and influencing skills.
  • Extensive experience in PPP or PFI projects, in particular across the construction and operational delivery phases.
  • Experience of successful negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Experience in developing and winning bids and their governance.
  • Contractual, commercial and project delivery knowledge, including large, complex and firm price projects.
  • A well-rounded leadership and management background with demonstrable experience of project portfolio management.
  • Ability to lead and support a diverse group of bid and project delivery teams.
  • An eye for detail you will be numerically astute and able to combine experience and instinct with logic and a grasp of the detail.
  • Extensive background in the infrastructure sector with heavy exposure to privately financed projects.
  • Experience across the Road, Rail, Water, Defence, Power, Renewables and Defence sectors highly desirable.
  • Certified Asset Management Assessor and other Asset Management certifications.
  • Ideally have held roles as the Client, Contractor, Operator and Consultant across a project lifecycle.
