Project Leader Opportunity

This senior role is a leadership position where you will work closely with clients and stakeholders on various projects. Your key responsibility will be to oversee project progress through all stages, from initial client engagement to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects through all stages, focusing on delivering exceptional results
  • Supervise small teams of architects and designers
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Oversight of documentation stages to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strive for high standards of excellence in client service, design, documentation, detailing, and construction advice
  • Collaborate effectively with government clients, including NSW state agencies
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience working on high-quality mid-scale projects
  • Proven track record of collaboration with stakeholder groups and NSW government clients
  • Experience working on education projects is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role
  • Able to achieve design outcomes within the required parameters
  • Some experience with Revit software is advantageous but not critical
