Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our team in delivering large-scale, complex projects.

This is a career-defining opportunity to work on landmark projects that shape communities and deliver long-lasting impact.

  • Lead and manage major projects within the Living Sector.
  • Oversee projects from feasibility through to successful delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated project team ensuring collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide strategic project management expertise across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including developers consultants and government authorities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

We require:

  • A minimum of 6-7 years experience in project management within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects (circa $100 million +) within NSW.
  • Strong understanding of design planning and approvals processes including SSDA.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing mentoring a project team.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management software.
  • Familiarity with Australian regulations and standards.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
