About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security standards and protocols, safeguarding organizational data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify technological needs and drive solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to IT operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related roles.
  • Experienced IT Operations Management
  • Proficient IT service Delivery
  • Management of SAP ERP Platform
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • IT asset management
  • Budgeting and resource planning
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud transformation projects
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management
  • Familiar with ITIL frameworks and best practices
