Job Overview

This position requires a senior safety professional to spearhead our health, safety and wellbeing program. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strategic leadership, innovative thinking, and accountability in ensuring legislative compliance and achieving HS&W objectives.

The successful applicant will provide high-level technical advice and support to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Program and other stakeholders on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.

  • Promote active engagement across the organization with the Work Health, Safety & Wellbeing Management System (WHSWMS).
  • Lead training sessions on leadership development, showcasing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
