Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead our department's strategic direction in health, safety and wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level advice to senior management on contemporary practice and technical expertise across a diverse range of workplaces and activities.
About this Role- Implement the department's contemporary health, safety and wellbeing management strategy and initiatives
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure that the health, safety and wellbeing program is implemented within all business areas
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to provide responsive superior service
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and oversight of governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and wellbeing outcomes. They will also ensure health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures are contemporary, compliant with legislation, and aligned with the department's strategic objectives.
