The role of Lease Portfolio Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial office, retail and mixed-use property leases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Asset Managers in meeting leasing objectives
  • Developing detailed reports to support quarterly analysis of portfolio performance
  • Maintaining accurate registers to ensure leasing data is captured efficiently
  • Utilizing the City Management Information System (MIS) to capture and leverage key lease data

Applicants should possess tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in management of Leases for Commercial Office, Retail and Mixed-Use properties. Proven skills in leasing, building asset management, facilities management, or equivalent workplace experience are essential.
