Job Role

The Senior Lease Administrator will oversee the lifecycle of lease management to ensure operational efficiency, legislative compliance, and strategic alignment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead lease agreement administration across a significant retail portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage leasing matters, including negotiations, amendments, variations, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal partners to ensure documentation meets retail leasing legislation requirements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, tenants, and legal providers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of lease activity for senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in lease administration within retail.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant retail leasing legislation.
  • Able to interpret, negotiate, and manage complex lease documentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive mindset and strong business acumen.
