Speech Pathology and Audiology Department Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our diverse patient population. They will work closely with other service managers and directors to ensure that allied health clinicians and services are a critical component of the multidisciplinary team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications, including an approved degree in Speech Pathology or Audiology and a post-graduate degree or working towards completion;
  • Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia or Audiology Australia;
  • Extensive clinical knowledge and experience in Speech Pathology and/or Audiology;

You will also have excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in financial and human resource management, as well as strong skills in data analysis and management.
