Responsibilities
  • Deliver Engaging Education: Conduct tutorials, practical classes, and workshops, while assisting with lecture content across the curriculum.
  • Develop and Assess Student Skills: Assist in the development, supervision, and assessment of clinical exams and written assessments.
  • Contribute to Course Improvement: Participate in course review processes and discussions on curriculum and pedagogy enhancements.
  • Engage with the Wider Community: Promote the discipline through participation in university events and external activities.

Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology, with eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, and developing educational materials and assessments.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of current trends and issues in speech pathology education.
