Join one of Melbourne's most respected and well-established speech pathology practices. Box Hill Speech Pathology is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced paediatric Speech Pathologist (2+ years) to step into a contractor role within our supportive, tight-knit team in Forest Hill. You'll enjoy a varied paediatric caseload, access to extensive resources, and the chance to do meaningful work in a clinic with a trusted reputation built over decades.

This role provides autonomy and flexibility, combined with the benefit of being embedded in a supportive team culture that values professional connection, shared learning, and client-centred care. You'll be stepping into a clinic known for its quality, longevity, and deep community trust.

We welcome therapists looking for 2–4 days per week. You'll manage your own caseload but be surrounded by like-minded professionals who are generous with their time and expertise.

• $110–$135 per hour (depending on experience and availability)

About You

You're a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who:

• Has 2+ years of experience working with paediatric clients

• Values autonomy in your practice while enjoying the connection of a team

• Is client-focused, organised, and confident managing a paediatric caseload

• Enjoys collaboration and learning within a professional, friendly workplace

• Brings openness and respect to colleagues of all experience levels — we value every contribution equally

Whether you're an established contractor or returning to private practice, we'll support your transition and ensure you feel confident and welcomed from day one.

Requirements


• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology

• Certified Practising member of Speech Pathology Australia

• Current Working With Children Check and Police Check

• Own ABN and Medicare provider number

• Driver's licence (desirable but not essential)


• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
