Job Overview

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure all processes are well-documented through robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and practice guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy ServiceNow Solutions: Drive the creation, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, strategies, and operational processes across the platform.
  • Drive Platform Upgrades and Automation Initiatives: Champion platform upgrades, automation initiatives, integrations, and advanced reporting/analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion Best Practices: Embed operational excellence and governance by developing, maintaining, and communicating SOPs, process documentation, and guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and deliver reporting dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights for business and IT stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Practice Lead/SME with deep expertise in the platform.
  • A proven track record in ServiceNow deployments, platform upgrades, automation initiatives, and reporting integration.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools.
