About the Opportunity:

We are seeking two skilled ServiceNow Developers to collaborate with our technical lead in delivering platform solutions for the current financial year. This role involves providing support, advice, and expertise across configuration, development, and maintenance services for the Enterprise Service Management and Workflow Automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Assess platform requirements from various business areas; explore and test out-of-the-box capabilities before custom builds.
  • Write clean, efficient code when required (JavaScript).
  • Conduct code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop scoped applications, flows, scripts, and UI elements in relation to custom solutions and enhancements in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on platform growth and development.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Debugging and fixing technical problems.
  • Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
  • Documenting code and application functionality.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.
  • Conducting knowledge transfer on administration and development within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
  • Minimum 6-month contract with possible extensions.
