ServiceNow Expert Required

Experienced ServiceNow professionals are sought to develop and deliver platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure and customize the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements.
  • Assess platform needs from various business areas.
  • Write clean, efficient and maintainable code when required.
  • Code reviews and quality control checks are undertaken as part of every project.

This role is based in Canberra and is an initial 6 months contract.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) essential.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, workflows and integrations.
  • Experience with out-of-the-box application configuration, particularly SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
  • Desirable: software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
