We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management and experience with the ServiceNow platform.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform, including the ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems proactively.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the ServiceNow platform with attention to detail and solving problems proactively
  • Delivering work products on time and taking accountability for outcomes
  • Working in an environment where you and your team have a proactive and agile way of operating

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
  • IT Service Management experience and ITIL certification preferred
  • Strong documentation skills for technical designs and instructions
  • Ability to adapt to the audience and work collaboratively with the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and ideally hold an NV2 security clearance, or be willing to uplift an existing NV1 clearance.
