Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Sales Representative to join our Sheds & Outdoors team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on sales, lead generation, and building relationships with customers.

This full-time, permanent position is located at our Knoxfield site, with travel required in and around Victoria. The successful candidate will support and grow our Sheds and Outdoor customers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding Stramit's Commercial customer base.
  • Develop and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure best customer experience.
  • Monitor customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportunities.
  • Utilize various systems such as Salesforce CRM.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, we're looking for:

  • Experience in a similar Sales role and industry advantageous.
  • Strong experience in relationship building and maintenance, with fantastic customer-centric outcomes.
  • Possession of a positive attitude, resilience, and budget focus.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to work independently with initiative and enthusiasm.
