Inside Sales Representative | Industrial & Technical B2B distribution sales of products
**Your new company**
Is a Sales and Distribution business with a range of Industrial & B2B products that range from Electrical Equipment, Power Tools, Soldering Equipment and PPE.
Privately owned and organically grown, the organisation is looking to bring in a strong Internal Sales Representative to backfill a promotion in the team.
**Your new role**
They are hoping to attract someone technically minded who has either experience or an interest in their range of tools and equipment, who is eager to learn the breadth of their technical product range and manage sales to their existing customer base.
They are a distribution company, so sales involves selling directly to end users in Industries that could range from Manufacturing, Construction, Defence and Telecommunications.
Much as they have exhibited in promoting someone from this role, their hope is that this role in turn could develop into a Key Account Management role, or an External Sales Representative role in time if you are interested in further developing your career.
**What you'll need to succeed**
The role requires someone with previous technical Inside / Internal B2B Sales experience, selling into a broad range of industry verticals.
A proven track record working for either a manufacturer that sells directly to end users, or pulls sales through distribution / wholesale partners, or who has worked with a Distribution business selling to end users. Reason being the role needs to quote, close and seal the deals directly.
**What you'll get in return**
The chance to work closely with a newly promoted Sales Manager and the General Manager in what is a really flat structure - you will be exposed to a lot of the mechanisms of what has made the business so successful and be primed to take on a future management position in the company.
Paying circa $80k Base + Super + Company Profit Share Bonus.
