Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and servicing existing accounts to increase sales and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- Service existing accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Represent the company at tradeshows and networking events
- Conduct market research activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Maintain and update comprehensive contacts and client details in the CRM database
- Monitor and advise customers on sales progress and delivery
- Achieve sales targets and budget as set out
- Prepare and present financial and sales reports to Senior Management
Requirements:
- Business development/sales experience within a technical/engineering environment
- Proven experience in account management and relationship building
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with client meetings
- Good computer skills
- Experience in working to sales targets
- Ability to prioritise own workload and plan own working week
- Current WA driving licence
- Team player
