We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Lead to join our People & Culture team at The NRMA.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.

This full-time permanent role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from our Sydney-based offices and from home.

About the Role
  • Manage all People and Culture monthly data and analytics reporting
  • Improve efficiency through smart design and automation of reports and analysis
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to understand reporting and data requirements
  • Manage WGEA Annual reporting
  • Identify workforce trends and provide meaningful insights to P&C leadership team
  • Conduct hands-on analysis and visualization of complex data using various tools
  • Contribute to building analytical capability and showcasing the value of insights
  • Deliver proactive analyses in a timely, robust, and quality/actionable manner
  • Use insights to build P&C business cases for new projects
  • Support the continuous expansion and improvement of Data Assets and Capabilities
  • Improve data quality through identifying sources of data errors
  • Foster good relationships across the business through effective stakeholder management
About You
  • 4 years' experience within a data and analytics role, coupled with tertiary qualification
  • Solid understanding of Power BI
  • Exposure to HR systems (desirable)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in trend analysis and insights
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $135,000.
