At NielsenIQ, we're looking for a skilled Data Insights Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in operational management and client-facing skills to drive business growth.

About the Role

This key position will focus on translating client needs into technical specifications, ensuring efficient data processing and effective communication between teams. As the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for managing work priorities, representing Operations' interests, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture client requirements around database setup and adaptations, interpreting needs and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Manage communication with clients and internal teams regarding changes to deliverables and operational improvements.
  • Communicate complex initiatives clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of client requests, either directly from clients or through the Client Services team.
  • Analyze client requests, raise tickets through the proper channels, and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Execute final validation on client deliverables to ensure requirements are met prior to delivery.
  • Support the quality team in root cause analysis and communicate action plans to clients.
  • Report quality metrics, including databases delivered with errors.
  • Built relationships with senior members of Nielsen and major manufacturing clients.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in operational or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent English proficiency.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across regions and cultures.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good business acumen and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Effective decision-making and project management skills to drive client satisfaction.
