About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insights Analyst to join our BizAnalytics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, or 5+ years of relevant work experience in the Insurance industry, Digital Marketing, or Financial Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance/Actuarial, Psychology, or other statistics-heavy field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze significant amounts of data accurately
  • Fluency in communicating data insights through visual tools and presentations, and confidence presenting results to senior management
