Job Title: Senior Manager, Analytics and Strategic Insights

Job Description:

  • As a Senior Manager, Analytics and Strategic Insights, you will be responsible for leading a team of Insights Analysts and Data Scientists in providing strategic insights to drive customer engagement and overall profitability for our client, Talent Insights.
  • You will be responsible for managing and coaching Statistical Insights Analysts, leading the scoping and delivery of analytics projects, and developing metrics to measure performance across strategic objectives.
  • Additionally, you will design and perform complex analysis against corporate data sources to deliver high-impact customer insights to the business.
  • What you'll bring to the role:
    • A technical customer marketing analytics background with experience managing teams is essential.
    • A background in eCom, Retail, or Loyalty is highly regarded.
    • Previous experience in turning raw data into actionable insights and recommendations is required.
    • Extensive experience in extracting and manipulating large-volume data with SQL and Tableau for data visualization is necessary.
    • Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders is required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with commercial acumen, are essential.
    • Degree-level qualifications in applied statistics or a related analytical field are preferred.
