Senior Risk Analyst

Immerge Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and will be responsible for developing, uplifting, and managing a mature risk and control approach across the Customer System Integration (CSI) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the business to provide advice to key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, supporting driving Risk Culture maturity for the CSI Program.
  2. Collate, manage, analyse and report on all relevant RAID activity across the CSI Program.
  3. Build strong risk management strategies and approaches for the Program, both execution and delivered risk.
  4. Work with Delivery teams, stakeholders and customers to form a true and correct picture to support decision-making.
  5. Analyse and develop insights to inform strategies that can be integrated into the overall delivery plan for the program.
  6. Develop and contribute to internal and external assurance approaches, strategies and findings.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in an Enterprise Project Management Office.
  2. Previous work experience on a large transformation project.
  3. Ability to build a rapport with stakeholders at all levels to influence action and response to requests.
  4. An understanding of the broad responsibilities of a risk function.
  5. A highly organised approach to information collection and dissemination.
  6. Knowledge of the objectives of risk management demonstrated by prompt identification and escalation of issues relating to job function.
  7. Ability to work in an ambiguous changing environment.
  8. Comfort in shaping and positioning packs/messaging at the Senior Leader level.
  9. Understanding of how to identify, assess and escalate risks according to the Risk Management frameworks.
