About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Specialist to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. as a Financial Accountability Regime Implementation Expert. This is a unique opportunity to deliver on the implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) across our regulated entities and contribute to other initiatives that seek to embed the FAR within existing supervision and enforcement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Implementation of the FAR: Collaborate with our stakeholder teams, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to successfully implement and embed the regime.
  2. Provide Specialist Risk and Technical Advice: Offer expert guidance to supervisors and internal stakeholders to enable effective supervisory oversight and uplift internal capability on FAR/accountability.
  3. Develop Frameworks and Materials: Create training programs, guidelines, and other resources to assist internal stakeholders in implementing the regime and embedding the post-implementation operating model.
  4. Assess and Provide Technical Advice: Evaluate regulated entities' FAR queries and practices, providing technical guidance to ensure compliance.
  5. Contribute to Broader Initiatives: Participate in other projects and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for transforming governance and accountability in our regulated industries. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, or regulatory project implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proven track record of working with key stakeholders, building relationships, and delivering on commitments.
  • A strong understanding of the Financial Accountability Regime and its implementation.
