Launch Graduate Program

This program is designed to help early career talent develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience.

Participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on-the-job experience over 18 months.

Make an Impact as a Consultant

As a consultant, you will collaborate with colleagues to help clients answer their most challenging strategic questions.

You will work with technology and data, gaining broad exposure to a range of industries, including financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and more.

  • Work in small teams to solve clients' most challenging problems.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, find solutions, and guide impactful decisions.
  • Grow your career by receiving hands-on mentorship from experienced management team members.
  • Have immediate opportunities for meaningful contributions, increased responsibility, leadership roles, and professional advancement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different areas of the organization and quickly gain exposure to business development, account management, and product management.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or master's students graduating between July 2026 - February 2027.
  • Able to start work on February 2, 2027 (start dates are fixed).
  • Outstanding academic record.
  • Proven leadership skills in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using data analysis tools is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
  • Must possess the right to work in Australia without work visa sponsorship.
