**The Role**
Core Accountabilities:
- Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives for recruitment campaigns, including talent mapping and pipelining.
- Build and maintain Development Victoria's Talent Pool, implementing a communication strategy.
- Manage internal and external recruitment activities.
- Conduct job briefings with hiring managers, offering advice and market insights.
- Create effective communications, such as job advertisements, to promote career opportunities at Development Victoria.
- Supporting sourcing and interview processes, including creating recruitment plans, phone screening, shortlisting, and attending interviews.
- Contribute to the delivery of the DV Intern program.
- Provide support to other P&C team members as needed.
- Record Keeping and Data & System Management
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or Business discipline preferred, however not essential.
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
- Experience in the system administration of HR technology
- Minimum intermediate level of experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
- Experience interacting across all levels of the organisation
