Job Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR activities across the Asia Pacific region. This role requires a high level of administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and compliance with local regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including preparing necessary documents and completing security checks.
  • Coordinate new joiner inductions to facilitate effective integration and successful onboarding.
  • Manage probation periods, including conducting mid-probation reviews.
  • Arrange exit meetings as required.
  • Monitor employee leave requests and record approvals in the firm's system.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Manager.
  • Reconcile invoices related to HR expenses.
About You
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in an HR role, preferably with some exposure to payroll processing, training program development, and employee database management.
  • At least one year of experience handling administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • A confident communicator with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders.
