Job Description

As a senior database professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple SQL Server databases. This includes installation, configuration, upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting these systems to ensure they are running efficiently.

Key tasks include implementing and maintaining database security, establishing and maintaining sound backup and recovery policies, and creating and monitoring SQL scripts.

You will work closely with the development team to implement database solutions that meet business requirements and optimize database performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience maintaining SQL Server mission-critical databases
  • 5+ years of TSQL programming experience
  • 2+ years of implementing and maintaining database replication
  • 2+ years of implementing and maintaining SQL Server Availability Groups
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
