• Design, implement, and maintain efficient database architectures to meet evolving business needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database projects

• Develop and execute comprehensive backup and recovery strategies to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity

• Analyze system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration
Strong knowledge of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Proven track record of successfully implementing database solutions that deliver measurable business value
