4C Recruitment Solutions is a national charity providing disability services, seeking a creative marketing and comms specialist with a mix of B2B and B2C experience to join their team.

About the Role

This fixed-term contract, 12 months in duration, offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth and goals. As a hybrid role, you will spend 2 days per week in the office, reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
  • Budget management and financial planning to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Coordinate social media strategy to generate leads and conversions, leveraging your expertise in B2B and B2C acquisition planning.
  • Design and implement supporter journeys and compelling stories for campaigns, showcasing your creativity and project management skills.
  • Cultivate agency and third-party relationships, facilitating collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Work closely with fundraising and marketing team members to deliver current and future projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring seamless information exchange and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar level role, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented marketing campaigns.
  • Superior communication, project planning, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in acquisition planning, with a proven ability to leverage B2B and B2C strategies to drive business growth.
  • NFP industry experience highly regarded, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
