About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in developing and implementing our single giving strategy, including direct mail appeals and new donor acquisition programs. You will work closely with our Global Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications to drive income growth and improve supporter engagement.

As a Global Fundraising Specialist, you will be responsible for project managing and leading the creation of all direct mail campaigns, including identifying stakeholders, briefing copywriters and designers, and preparing data segments for distribution. You will also review and document post-campaign evaluation results and develop strategic plans to grow single giving acquisition and retention.

You will work collaboratively with our team to test and evaluate supporter journeys, using data-driven insights to maximise acquisition and retention opportunities. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations and statutory requirements.

Essential Criteria
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing or Fundraising, with experience in direct mail campaign management and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience working in multi-channel fundraising within single giving portfolios.
  • Proven ability to coordinate fundraising activities and successfully manage end-to-end direct mail campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to establish and deliver outcomes on projects, within budget and timelines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound understanding of donor communication channels and the ability to coordinate sophisticated, donor-driven content and campaigns.
  • Ability to use and manage CRM and fundraising technology tools.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
