Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage bid response schedules, coordinate meetings, and establish clear timelines and milestones for all contributors.
  • Ensure proposals meet all compliance requirements and obtain necessary internal approvals.
  • Track and follow up on inputs from writers, subject matter experts, sales leads, and reviewers to keep the process on schedule.
  • Format, package, and submit completed proposals in the required format.
  • Manage post-submission tasks, including coordinating debriefs and lessons-learned sessions, while maintaining detailed records of bids, deadlines, and metrics.
Requirements:
  • Experience in proposal, tender, or bid writing in a B2B or government contracting environment.
  • Familiarity with government RFT/RFP requirements and ICT solutioning frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows against fixed deadlines.
  • Exceptional grammar, clarity, structure, and persuasive writing capability.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
