We are seeking a talented Water Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of water management.

In this position, you will collaborate with professionals on complex projects, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

">About the Role
  • Conduct and assist rainfall, flow, and flood assessments, including modeling, mapping, and risk assessments.
  • Develop expertise in stormwater management and flood studies in both mining and urban environments.
  • Participate in water management-related studies and investigations from pre-feasibility through to detailed design.
  • Collaborate with teams across hydrogeology, geotechnics, civil, and environmental disciplines.
  • Prepare technical reports and support proposals for various clients.
  • Assist project management, including project scoping, budget control, planning, and development of schedules.

">Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field with a strong focus on hydrology and hydraulics.
  • 3+ years' experience in water engineering, ideally with exposure to the mining or resources sector.
  • Technical capability in water balance modeling, flood studies, and drainage design.
  • Aptitude or proficiency with hydraulic and flood modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, and MIKE).
  • Strong technical writing skills with experience in proposal writing and technical reporting.
