Electrification Transformation Specialist

This role is a key position in enhancing our market share and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of electrification services to utilities, industries, and end customers.
- You will collaborate with sales managers and front-end teams on promoting digital & service portfolios, focusing on installed base penetration and selling the entire service product portfolio in collaboration with other service units. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
- You will call on existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and solicit orders, analyzing customers' needs to recommend solutions that best meet their requirements. Promptly follow up on RFQs, tenders, and other customer-based actions to produce compelling proposal responses, competitive prices, credit terms, and support preparation of sales offers.
- You will be responsible for pre-bid queries and post-bid customer clarification to ensure positive customer experiences throughout the whole sales process. You will participate in negotiations with customers on technical, contractual, and commercial content of proposals and provide information on the risk review process in accordance with policy and participate in risk review assessments as needed.
- You will analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the sales organization, perform win/lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions in cooperation with sales/local business units to obtain better results. Willingness to travel regularly as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Embody Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
