The Role:
This is a highly collaborative role requiring an excellent communicator to liaise both internally and externally to drive client success and business growth.
You will be working with a performance-driven culture ready to exceed expectations.
- Develop competitive proposal submissions that meet the client's needs initially and offer alternatives to ensure project success.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of client projects and proposals.
- Manage client expectations from initial introduction to proposal construction and submission.
- Ensure effective handover to the relevant project manager once a proposal is won.
- Schedule projects and manage subcontractors as required for proposals.
Key Qualifications/Experience:
- More than 10 years of experience in proposal development and management within the mining industry, with a strong understanding of technical mining services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
- A technical engineering background is essential, with Mining Engineering or Geology preferred.
