Specialist Behaviour Intervention Professional

Establishing effective support relationships with individuals, families and carers is crucial in Behaviour Support. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
This role involves working closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists to identify individualised needs through comprehensive assessment and person-centred planning. You will also develop and deliver tailored evidence-based support plans, leveraging your expertise in Positive Behaviour Support principles.

- Develop collaborative relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver targeted interventions and programmes aligned with client goals and aspirations.
