About the Position

The resort is a world-renowned destination located on Cable Beach in Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our fast-paced HR team and provide guidance and support to staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in employment-related matters, implementing grievance and disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Deliver training programs for the HR team and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage apprentices and trainees through regular contact and communication.
  • Oversee performance management systems and coordinate employee orientation programs.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy, and Training legislation.
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
  • A degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
