Senior HR Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our resort based human resources team. This role is a generalist position with a primary focus on recruitment and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment activities, including high volume periods;
- Support the HR Manager with performance management and workplace investigations;
- Provide expert guidance to staff on award interpretation, employment legislation and organisational policies;
- Coordinate and present Resort Orientation sessions on a regular basis;
- Coordinate training initiatives with Registered Training Organisations and maintain relevant records;
- Assist in managing the seasonal worker program, including pastoral care for workers;
- Monitor and report on Apprentices and Interns;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field;
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Human Resources Consultant or similar role, including knowledge of workplace awards;
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software;
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills;
