Implementation Specialist Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering timely and customer-focused implementation outcomes using established systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Collaborate with business end users, customers, and our dedicated product development team.
  • Leverage technical and product expertise to meet customer requirements within defined statements of work.
  • Deliver timely, customer-focused implementation outcomes using established systems and processes.
  • Work independently on implementation projects utilizing the input and assistance of team members when required.
  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot to diagnose technical issues aiming for first-time resolution.
  • Support colleagues to promote learning and drive effective and efficient practices.
  • Ensure successful delivery of our product to new customers.
  • Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience working with or supporting HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance solutions.
  • Professional experience with strong SaaS software knowledge ideally in workforce management, staffing, recruitment, or payroll including business management or ERP software systems.
  • Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience working independently on client projects using your initiative to find and develop solutions for clients.
  • Previous experience working with a SaaS Product Team refining requirements and communicating client requirements and challenges.
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude specifically in the area of complex, enterprise software applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading customers to a smooth and timely go-live.
  • Capable of prioritizing key deliverables in line with client expectations and deliverables.
  • Technically adept quick to learn and adaptable in a supportive team environment.
  • Delivery-focused with excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Prior technical/system support experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional analytical communication and teamwork skills.
